David and Phyllis Porter came to France in 2001. From 1981-2000, from their base in Luxembourg they planted churches in Luxembourg, preached revivals and youth camps in France, and worked some with Continental Theological Seminary in Brussels.
After feeling “pulled” in the direction of France for many years they finally went there to live and work full time. Once again, their ministry centers on preaching and teaching. They preach revivals, youth rallies, ladies meetings and marriages seminars (need you husband straightened out? Just ask them how J). A new ministry door has opened as they established and still edit “Victoire” magazine. Thousands each week also receive their devotional email called Coffee Stains. The French version is called “Taches de Café.”
