The Bakers have been in Europe since 1995. They have served in pastoral ministry, evangelism, church planting, and in leadership development among the international community and in partnership with local churches in Wallonia and in Flanders.

The Bakers have two daughters: Alicia, 19, is a senior at Ohio State University, and Allison, 16, is a high school senior in the Brussels area.
